We were thrilled to see Year 9 Student Andrew Pecincu-Holban and Year 13 student, Anita Chopra sworn in as they begin their role as Youth Councillor as part of Wolverhampton's Youth Council for 2024-2025.

11th November is Remembrance Day and, as every year, the academy fell silent at 11.00am to honour the lives lost in service of our country.

Students and staff at Ormiston SWB Academy are giving back to their community through fundraising to help Acorns Children’s Hospice Charity continue its important work across the West Midlands.

Calling all year 11 students! Our 6th Form Open Evening takes place on Thursday 10th October, between 5 and 7pm for students who are due to start their post-16 studies in September 2025.

On CORE Day 1, SWB6th students attended a team-building day at Baggeridge Country Park. Students participated in group activities before pushing themselves out of their comfort zones in the high ropes challenge.
