Sports Day 2026

A huge well done to all of our students who took part in Sports Day 2026, and the staff that made it happen. The energy, enthusiasm and competitiveness on display throughout the day made for an incredible atmosphere from start to finish.

Despite the temperatures, students gave their all in every event, creating a real buzz around the field and showcasing fantastic determination, teamwork and school spirit. A special thank you to everyone who supported, whether it was to cheer on friends or to participate. you all contributed to a positive and memorable day.

We’d also like to recognise our Sixth Form students, whose support and assistance throughout the event helped everything run smoothly. Also a big shout-out must go to Mr Tipton, who kept the crowd entertained and informed on the microphone all day long, helping to maintain the excitement from the first race to the last! His nose may have received third degree sunburn, but he was a first rate host!

And of course, no Sports Day would be complete without the much-anticipated staff relay, which once again proved to be a highlight of the afternoon and was enjoyed by competitors and students alike!
