Harry Potter Trip 2026

This April, a select group of students from Year 7 were whisked away on a magical rewards trip to The Making of Harry Potter at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Chosen for their exceptional effort, progress, and behaviour in their reading lessons, these young witches and wizards embarked on what can only be described as an enchanting adventure straight out of the pages of J.K. Rowling’s world.

From the moment we stepped off the (non-enchanted) minibus, the excitement was as powerful as a cheering charm. We were greeted by the towering doors of the Great Hall, which opened to reveal a truly spellbinding sight—floating candles, house tables, and costumes worn by the cast. We even got to experience the chaos and mayhem the Weasley brothers created to disrupt the OWL examinations!
From this moment on, the ordinary world seems to slip quietly out of reach. Cobblestones replace pavement, the distant sound of a steam whistle cuts through the chatter and you half-expect an owl to swoop overhead with a letter clutched in its beak. From riding broomsticks via green screen to wandering through the Forbidden Forest, the experience was nothing short of magical. Throughout, the air carries a faint scent of butterbeer—sweet, warm, and just a little mysterious.

As we reached the end, the towering silhouette of the castle rises against the sky—turrets, spires, and bridges stitched together like something conjured from a dream. It is as though time itself behaves differently here, leaving even the most sceptical Muggle truly bewitched.
