Destinations & Key Documents
Post-16 Destinations
We closely track and support our students’ post-16 and post-18 destinations to ensure they move into sustained education, employment or training (EET).
The information below provides a snapshot of where our students progress to after leaving OSWBA, including sixth forms, colleges, apprenticeships and employment. This data is reviewed regularly to help us evaluate impact, celebrate success and identify where additional support is needed.

Supporting Students at Risk of NEET
We do not wait until students leave school to identify potential risk of becoming NEET.
Students are proactively identified through:
- Attendance and behaviour monitoring
- Pastoral, safeguarding and SEND collaboration
- Careers interviews and student voice
- Ongoing destination tracking using internal systems
Students identified as potentially at risk receive targeted careers support, which may include:
- Priority one-to-one careers guidance
- Personalised action plans
- Referrals to internal and external support services
- Follow-up monitoring to ensure sustained destinations
This ensures early intervention and reduces the likelihood of students becoming NEET.
