How You Can Get Involved

  1. Host Talks & Workshops
    Share your expertise by delivering career talks, hands-on workshops, or panel discussions. These sessions ignite student curiosity and help them envision different career routes.
  2. Offer Work Experience
    Provide short-term placements, shadowing opportunities, or internships, giving students practical exposure in your industry. Whether it’s office administration, engineering, retail, or creative design, every placement helps our learners build valuable skills and confidence.
  3. Sponsor Events & Initiatives
    From careers fairs and STEM challenges to entrepreneurship competitions, your sponsorship can make these events bigger, better, and more impactful—offering you an opportunity to showcase your brand and meet potential future talent.
  4. Collaborate with Our Curriculum
    Work with subject teachers to highlight how classroom studies translate into real-world contexts. By embedding industry-relevant projects or case studies, you can help students see firsthand how their learning connects to future careers.

Provider Access Policy

In line with the updated Gatsby Benchmarks, we ensure that all students receive fair and equitable access to diverse educational routes and career opportunities. Our Provider Access Policy sets out how external organisations—such as colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers, and employers—can engage with our students during assemblies, workshops, and drop-in sessions.

  • Key Principles:
    • We offer equal opportunity for providers to reach students in Years 8 through 13.
    • We schedule events and presentations throughout the academic year to maximize engagement.
