SWB Designers Scoop Fashion Prize!

On Saturday 11th October, students from SWB Academy were welcomed to Wolverhampton’s Mander Centre to take part in a special sustainability fashion show created by Reinvntd as part of their Future Threads initiative.

After taking old clothes and giving them a new lease of life in a one day workshop which saw students develop their design and sewing skills, students too to the runway to showcase their designs. Ably supported by global Supermodel and MBE recipient Erin ‘O Connor after a special catwalk style session, students took to the runway…and came away with an award!
