Cooking Challenge for Year 13!

Our Year 13 students took part in an exciting “Ready Steady Cook” challenge as part of Core Day – and what a fantastic experience it was!

Working within a strict budget, students were tasked with purchasing their own ingredients before creating a starter, main, and dessert… all against the clock ⏱️
From creative menus to impressive teamwork, students rose to the challenge brilliantly. Not only did they produce some delicious dishes, but they also developed valuable life skills such as budgeting, time management, collaboration, and independence – all essential as they prepare for university and life beyond sixth form.
👏 A huge well done to all our Year 13 students for their effort, enthusiasm, and creativity!
