This week is Mental Health week 2025 and the theme for this year is ‘Community’. As part of our recognition of this week, all students were invited to our ‘Putting the ‘Tea’ in Community’.
With a cup of tea in one hand and a biscuit in the other, students sat to talk all things well-being. With chat cards to prompt discussions, students chatted about everything from the things that make them smile and the things they are grateful for to who their support networks are when they feel they need to chat.
The aim of the event was to remind our students of the importance and power of human connection and the benefits of seeking help and asking for support from the community around you.
Special thanks to Mrs Bassi, Mrs Latham and Mrs Birdi for supporting the event.
